SPVS has launched two webinars offering practical guidance on improving client flow, streamlining and efficiencies, plus improving practice turnover and profits.
Recorded on 7 May 2020, they can be accessed via the SPVS website.
The first webinar, available to all, is designed to provide practical tips to improve practice performance, after a recent SPVS survey identified the challenges of capacity, workflow and efficiencies being faced by practices.
CVS hub clinical leader and SPVS board member Ryan Davis will review these, before a panel of practitioners highlights the importance of leadership, getting team members on-board, efficiencies and social distancing, and talks delegates through the steps they have taken to improve these.
The second webinar, exclusively for SPVS members, focuses on improving practice performance and profitability. Pete Orpin shares initial data from the SPVS survey before Peter Gripper, of Anval, presents the modified SPVS Scenario Planning Tool, available to help practices with their financial planning for a range of scenarios.
A panel of practitioners then share their experiences on improving business performance in these tough times.
Improving practice finances will be explored further in SPVS and the VMG’s “Practice profitability: getting your business back on track” CPD day on Wednesday 3 June.
