TVM UK offers virtual lunch and learn

TVM UK has announced plans to help veterinary practices keep their CPD activities going during the coronavirus pandemic.

The sessions normally take place in veterinary practices over lunchtimes, and have proved popular with vets, VNs and support staff looking to keep themselves educated on diagnosis and management of conditions in general practice.

They also feature product and service information to help them better support their patients.

Various subjects

TVM UK territory managers will offer usual CPD sessions on toxicology, ophthalmology and management of epilepsy by live virtual stream to computers, tablets or smartphones. Potential participants can provide an email address to receive an invite link.

TVM product manager Will Peel said: “We know concerns over coronavirus are affecting our customers, so we want to make it as easy as possible for them to benefit from the information imparted in our ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions while normal service is disrupted.”

Virtual workshops

He added: “We hope these measures will also help us offer more virtual workshops in the future to make our sessions more accessible for busy veterinary staff and we are looking at the possibility of organising virtual drop-ins from our sales team in the future.”

For more information or to rearrange a previously booked session, contact your territory manager or email help@tvm-uk.com
