Members of the professions invited to attend the day, which is the RCVS’ annual meeting, on 9 July – with RCVS honours and awards to be presented in September.
Vets and RVNs have the chance to attend a virtual Royal College Day on Friday 9 July.
The RCVS has announced its annual meeting will take place online again, with members of both professions able to watch proceedings live.
The proceedings begin at 10am, with the formal adoption by council of the annual report and financial statements for 2020.
The written report will be made available beforehand, and vets and RVNs can submit written questions ahead of time by emailing Deborah Rowlanes at d.rowlanes@rcvs.org.uk
Newly elected members of RCVS council – Louise Allum, Danny Chambers, Tshidi Gardiner and Colin Whiting – will be welcomed for their four-year terms, and VN council members Susan Howarth and Donna Lewis for their three-year stints by RCVS president Mandisa Greene.
The annual meeting will also formally approve Kate Richards as president for 2021-22, Melissa Donald as junior vice-president and Mandisa Greene as senior vice-president.
The RCVS Awards ceremony will take place on 23 September.
Registration for Royal College Day is now open.
