Nominations are now open for the 2021 Petplan Veterinary Awards, which recognises the work of veterinary professionals across the UK.

The insurance provider is encouraging vet staff and owners to recognise the “dedication and talent of the UK’s veterinary professionals, teams and practices”.

‘Exceptional work’

James Barnes, head of sales and partnerships at Petplan, said: “Every year the quality of entries is incredibly high, but we know that, during 2020, the profession really went the extra mile to take care of the nation’s pets, so we expect the 2021 awards to be extra special.

“The Petplan Veterinary Awards provide an opportunity to say thank you for the exceptional work carried out by members of the veterinary profession, and we are delighted that nominations are now open for the 2021 awards.”
