Reduced prices are available until the end of August for anyone interested in saving cash on entry to this year’s VetCPD annual conference.
Bath Assembly Rooms will host VetCPD’s annual conference on 20 and 21 September.
Veterinary professionals have been given a final reminder to grab reduced price tickets for the VetCPD annual conference next month.
The event – taking place at Bath Assembly Rooms on 20 and 21 September – is open to vets, VNs and practice managers.
Congress prices are currently £159 plus VAT for single day tickets and £279 plus VAT for two-day passes until the end of August; from 1 September the prices will be £169 plus VAT and £289 plus VAT, respectively.
The nursing programme features highly respected RVNs Denise Prisk and Louise O’Dwyer. Ms Prisk will be speaking about ”Anaesthetic emergencies” and ”Anaesthesia of the geriatric patient”, while Miss O’Dwyer host talks on ”Dealing with difficult wounds” and ”Canine blood transfusion medicine”.
Leading veterinary parasitologist Ian Wright, head of the European Scientific Counsel Companion Animal Parasites UK and Ireland, will speak about ”Flea resistance” and ”Fantastic ticks and where to find them”.
