Delegates at this year’s event are invited to book a place at a supplementary “pre-congress” day (15 June), featuring a wide range of communication workshops.
Registration is open for a new aspect of Cx Congress 2018 – a supplementary pre-event consisting of workshops to help professionals get to grips with key communication and improvement processes.
The congress – an annual veterinary customer experience event at De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham on 16 June – is aimed at anyone involved in customer care within the profession, from nurses and managers to vets and receptionists.
Experts from the field will gather under one roof to give 18 sessions across four streams to help professionals tackle a host of key topics in a bid to offer optimum customer service.
However, for the first time delegates can also opt to join a new supplementary pre-day on 15 June, and take part in two workshops to boost their skill set.
In the first, “More about the phone”, Liz Stokoe of Loughborough University will present findings and share learnings from her practice communications research.
Simon Bricknell and Max Pardo-Roques, partners at global strategy consultancy KM and T, will then share the results of their lean mapping of veterinary practices in a dedicated workshop titled “More about lean improvement process“.
Cx Congress has been shortlisted as one of eight finalists in the Conference Awards 2018 Best Conference by a Small Company category.
